🛍️ Where do they manufacture their products?

All our products are designed and produced under the supervision of Titan Hive LLC in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Some custom items in the Seedk Art line are manufactured in our workshop using DTF, sublimation, or heat transfer vinyl techniques.

🚚 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within the United States takes between 3 and 7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments ' authorized platforms.

♻️ Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached. To begin the process, contact us at support@thetitanhive.com .

📦 What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

If your product arrives with defects or shipping damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

🌐 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. We are working to enable international shipping in the coming months.

How long does it take to ship my order?



📦 Orders are delivered within an estimated 5 to 8 business days , depending on destination and availability. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
